About STEAMies
STEAMies is a 27-month Erasmus+ project that brings brings schools, communities, and researchers together to take real action for the environment.
The project focuses on air and water quality, encouraging students and teachers to become active citizen scientists who measure, analyze, and share environmental data.
Through hands-on workshops, student-led projects, and international exchanges, STEAMies helps participants gain the skills and tools to understand local pollution challenges — and to create practical solutions that make a difference.
By turning schools into active hubs for climate engagement, the project inspires a new generation of learners to connect science, creativity, and community action for a cleaner, more sustainable future.
